ShipLog helps developers transform repository commit history into human-readable changelogs using AI models. Features may include repository integrations, generated changelog hosting, and paid subscription tiers.
3. Accounts and Authentication
You are responsible for your account credentials and activities under your account. You authorize ShipLog to access connected repositories and profile data via the OAuth providers you connect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use ShipLog for illegal or abusive activities.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through a third-party payment processor. Pricing, included usage limits, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your source content and generated materials. ShipLog retains rights in the platform, branding, software, and related documentation.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
ShipLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service. You may stop using ShipLog at any time.
